VENDORS
Once vendor registration opens:
To advertise your business or become a vendor with Duds for Love Bugs, send us an email at: so we can confirm availability of space and answer any questions you may have. Vendor spaces are limited and will be determined on a first-come first-serve-basis. We provide the 6ft table and you supply your goods!
*Upon approval, you will need to read and agree to the entire Vendor Agreement below to proceed with payment.
*Upon approval, you will have five (5) business days to submit payment.
*By submitting payment, you are confirming that you have AGREED and ACCEPTED all terms and conditions.
*All vendors must have child/mommy related products/services!
Vendor Agreement
This agreement is between Duds for Love Bugs (DFLB) Children’s Consignment Sale (now referred to as “sale”) and you (now referred to as “vendor”).
*Vendor agrees to hold Duds for Love Bugs, Natalie Chandler, the site of the sale and any volunteer or paid workers harmless and released from liability in the event of damage, loss or theft of any items.
*Vendor acknowledges that the items will be secured over night at their risk. There will be no additional security, aside from that provided by the event venue. There is no guarantee or liability provided by the sale or the site.
*Vendor agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participating in the DFLB sale from whatever cause, either foreseen or unforeseen against DFLB, the owner and officers of DFLB, any volunteer for or paid employee of DFLB, any other vendor leasing space at the sale, or the site itself.
*Vendor agrees to keep their business within the space given at their table. Sales outside of this area will result in removal from the sale. We want you to be able to get more customers and attract people to your table without taking from the sale itself or other vendors. Please use your best judgment.
*Vendor agrees not to hold purchases at their table. If they find something they would like to buy, they must buy it immediately. This is to ensure all merchandise is being viewed by customers at all times possible. If you pull something to the side and end up changing your mind, you have cost our consignor a sale.
*Vendor will not shop before the designated shopping times for the sale.
*Vendor agrees to market the DFLB sale through their website, social media, eblasts, contest giveaways, etc., as appropriate.
*DFLB has the right to use your name in any advertising or promotion. It is vendor’s responsibility to email jpeg image for us to upload to the website (if applicable).
*DFLB reserves the right to remove the vendor from the vendor’s space at the sale or remove vendor’s name from DFLB website if it deems anything regarding the vendor’s business, or on the vendor’s website to be unethical, unlawful, or immoral. Vendor understands the cancellation procedures and that there are NO REFUNDS of vendor fees paid.
*DFLB reserves the right to move vendors to other vendor space locations at any time for the betterment of the sale.
*Vendor understands that sub-leasing of vendor space is prohibited. One vendor per company may occupy a vendor space.
*If the vendor chooses not to participate on all of our sale days, we ask that the days that you chose be consecutive. Prorated vendor fees are not available.
*Payment is non-refundable and can be made by Paypal.
*If the sale in not completed due to “Acts of God,” such as fire, storm, earthquake, death, accidents, etc., DFLB will not be held accountable and will do everything we can to reschedule, if appropriate. No refunds will be given for “Acts of God.”
By submitting your payment, you are in agreement with everything outlined above.
